AuthCenter Terms of Service


General Policy

  • No refunds are provided unless the issue is on our end.
  • Always contact support before posting a negative review.
  • AuthCenter is a completely legal shop. If you have any issues, create a support ticket on our Discord server or Telegram.

Discord Real Members (Real Persons)

  • The number of members you purchase is exactly what you will receive.
  • If you purchase more than the maximum stock, no refund or replacement will be provided.
  • Members are warranted until they join the server; after they have joined, no further warranty is provided.

Aged Accounts

  • Aged accounts have been active for a long period and have a proven history of use.
  • These accounts may have had multiple previous owners and may have been used for various activities.
  • No warranty or guarantee is provided regarding the activity or previous ownership of the account.
  • If an aged account is banned or flagged, no refund will be issued.
  • Warranty is only offered for the following:
    • The account gets pulled back (covered under lifetime warranty).
    • The account is invalid upon delivery.
    • Any other issue that is our fault.

Tools

  • No refund will be provided if the tool is patched.
  • Setup assistance is always free and available.
  • New versions of tools are not provided for free—do not request them.
  • Tools are always safe to use.

Server Boosts

  • Server boosts are warranted for 25-30 days(1month) and 80-90 days(3month).
  • We do not offer refunds or replacements if Discord removes the promotions or terminates the tokens.

FVs Tokens

  • Use only the Discord browser extension if accessing the account via token.
    We are not responsible for invalid/locked tokens when using third-party clients like Bluecord or Aliucord.
  • Video Proof Required: Always record a video while purchasing and checking the account.
  • Warranty Period: 60 minutes
    • If you experience any issues, DM within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Email & Password Changes:
    • Change the email or email password within 6 hours of delivery.
    • Failure to do so will void any refunds or replacements.

Payment & Order Processing

  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Orders are processed upon successful payment confirmation.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only issued in cases of non-delivery or defective products, subject to our review.
  • Chargebacks without prior communication will be disputed.

Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Customers must contact our support team before initiating a dispute or chargeback.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks.

Service Availability

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party services.
