This policy explains how AuthCenter collects, uses, and protects your information when you use authcenter.cc and our services.

Account and order data — email address, username, Discord ID or username, order history, and the server invite links or IDs you provide to us for delivery.
Payment data — processed entirely by our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, and any crypto processor used). We receive only the transaction reference, amount, and status. We never see or store your full card details.
Communication data — messages you send us by email, Discord, or ticket, including any screenshots or attachments.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device, operating system, referring page, and pages viewed, collected automatically through cookies and server logs.
Reseller data — for reseller accounts, additional business contact details and usage records tied to your credit balance.
We share data only with providers necessary to run the service: our hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, email delivery provider, and analytics tools. We do not sell your data, and we do not share your Discord information with other customers or third parties for their own marketing.
We may disclose information where required by law, court order, or to respond to a payment dispute.
Discord Data
We only access the information you voluntarily give us — server invite links, server IDs, and your Discord username or ID. We do not scrape, store, or process the content of your server, your member list, or your private messages beyond what is strictly required to complete delivery.
International Transfers
Some of our providers operate outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
How Long We Keep It
Order records and invoices: 10 years, as required by French accounting law. Support conversations: 3 years from last contact. Marketing contacts: 3 years from last interaction. Server logs: 12 months. Cookies: 13 months maximum.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, and port your personal data, and to set instructions regarding your data after death. Email autcenter.contact@gmail.com to exercise any of these; we respond within 30 days. You may also file a complaint with the CNIL at www.cnil.fr.
Note that we may retain certain records despite a deletion request where we are legally required to do so, or where needed to defend against a payment dispute or fraud claim.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to customer data, and rely on PCI-compliant payment providers. No system is fully secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and will notify you and the relevant authority if a breach affecting your data occurs.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site and your session working. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you accept them in the banner. You can change your preferences at any time via the footer link or your browser settings.
Age Requirement
Our services are not intended for anyone under 13, or under the minimum age required by Discord in your country. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page.
